We always stress Training and Continuing Education, to offer our workers options for improvement and excellence within our sector. The person in charge is in direct contact with all the staff to respond to their requests.
This year we focussed on improving their use of the English language, for both project managers and supervisors. As well as giving all operators the Basic 60 hour ORP course and some specific special ones.
In addition to the small lectures, conferences and seminars that we attend to keep up to date and which cover in the market.
