Most of the Alibaz projects consist of single family and multi-family dwellings, that may be renovated or new-build, in the most exclusive areas of Mallorca, like the key points in the south west, Andratx and Santa Ponsa; the Casco Antiguo of Palma, where the rehabilitation work is demanding, in exclusive zones like Son Vida, inaccessible and unique places like Formentor and towns as symbolic as Sóller or Alaró.

The emphasis is always on luxury finishes, using quality, locally sourced materials, and preserving the original features as much as possible.
