Safety at work is our top priority and training is often neither adequate nor supportive, so this year we decided to supplement the ORP training with a day tailored by and for us. A different, engaging safety awareness session with exciting and fun content from @marianbujancoach.
Alibaz Angels (guardian angels) “We take care of each other”. All employees are given wings so that they can take immediate action to correct any visible deficiency. An internal campaign that we have developed to evolve over time. Logo, badges, vests, posters…the idea is to make it always visible as a reminder.
The afternoon was packed with activities like the balloon activity to raise awareness about the importance of teamwork, a suggestion box for improvement, employees’ personal contact information in the event of an accident, awareness videos, drawing contest for family members with three prizes, and we topped it all off with a snack to celebrate, of course.
@clinicadentaldelgado gave us an incredibly special gift: special discount cards for all our workers. Thanks for the kind gesture! Great job all around.
