We returned to Bodegas Olorón, which we built – this time with the project 100% complete – for a wine tasting. The hospitality was exceptional, including a tour of the various stages involved in processing the grapes, right through to bottling and final storage. Inside the restaurant, a table laden with Mallorcan dishes awaited us, accompanied by wines from its cellars for us to savour.
A wonderful setting and the perfect team-building experience.
